Quick answers before you call

What appliances do you repair?

Washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, cooktops and dishwashers in homes. That covers most of what breaks in a kitchen or laundry room. If you are unsure whether your machine fits, call us and describe it.

Do you work on my brand?

We service all major residential brands as an independent company. We are not an authorized dealer for any manufacturer. Have your model and serial number handy when you call so we can check parts availability for your specific unit.

How soon can someone come out?

It depends on your location and the current schedule. Call us and we will tell you the earliest realistic window instead of a vague promise. Weekday mornings often open up first in most of our service area.

Should I repair or replace it?

Depends on the failure and the age of the machine. A worn belt or bad igniter is usually worth fixing. A cracked tub or failed sealed system on an old unit often is not. We will tell you honestly after diagnosis.

What should I do before the technician arrives?

Clear a path to the appliance and move stored items away from it. Note any error codes. For a leak, shut off the water supply. For a dead fridge, move perishables to a cooler if you can.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Tell us the symptom

Call us or fill out the form. Describe what the appliance does and does not do. Noises, error codes, smells, puddles. Brand and model help. That detail lets us plan the visit right.

  2. Step 2

    We diagnose in person

A technician comes to your kitchen or laundry room and tests the machine instead of guessing. Controls, heating parts, motors, seals, drains. You hear what failed and what the repair involves before work starts.

  3. Step 3

    You approve the repair

Nothing gets replaced until you say go. Common parts are handled on site when we have them. If a part must be ordered, we tell you that up front and schedule the return.

Questions worth asking any repair company

Ask these of anyone you let into your home — us included. Call and we'll answer all five before you book anything.

  • 1Ask for their license numberThen verify it with your state licensing board rather than taking it on trust.
  • 2Ask for proof of insuranceLiability cover protects you if something goes wrong in your home.
  • 3Get the quote in writingIncluding the trip fee, whether it's credited against the repair, and parts.
  • 4Ask how they handle callbacksIf the same fault returns, what happens? Get the answer before work begins.
  • 5Check their own reviewsLook the business up independently — their Google profile, not just what they tell you.

Why homeowners call us

  • Symptoms, not scriptsA washer that fills but never spins is a different problem than one that spins but never drains. We ask questions that narrow it down, then confirm with testing. Guesswork wastes parts and your afternoon.
  • Independent and brand-wideWe are not tied to any manufacturer. That means we work on the big laundry and kitchen names side by side, and we recommend the repair that makes sense for your machine, not one brand's playbook.
  • Regional coverageBased in Huntsville, we serve homeowners in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, North Carolina and South Carolina. One number to call whether you are in a city neighborhood or a small town outside it.
  • Straight explanationsYou will hear what part failed and why, in plain words. If a machine is worn past sensible repair, we say so. Homeowners make better decisions when nobody is hiding behind jargon.
  • All major brands, gas & electricWhirlpool, Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Bosch, KitchenAid and more — as an independent repair company.
  • Straight answersIf it isn't worth repairing, we'll say so — often on the phone.

Broken appliances don't get cheaper by waiting

Every day a dryer sits dead is another load hauled to the laundromat. Every warm hour in a failing fridge is meat and milk headed for the trash. Small leaks rot subfloor. Bad seals push power bills up. Waiting rarely makes a repair simpler. Call us today or send the quote form.
